a mixed stay, some issues present
unmentioned deposit concerning neighborhood
That was annoying. i also found the neighborhood quite concerning. there were many homeless people around. I didn't feel particularly safe walking alone at night. i probably wouldn't book here again because of that area.

Solid Stay with Modern Touches
spacious room decent bathroom helpful staff
I found great value in my stay. The room was quite spacious, and I appreciated the decent bathroom. The reception was staffed 24/7, and the staff were always willing to help, SO important!!!
The noise from other rooms and outside was noticeable. I could hear snoring and street sounds.

The hotel has high ceilings, and this feature makes the room feel very nice. The hotel also appears to be clean, and it gives a new impression to every guest. The open bathroom concept includes a cool barn door.

There is a restaurant next to the hotel. It offered really good food and AMAZING service. I also noticed they consistently provide coffee, and that's a nice touch.

The room had a good size. The room's standard was decent. The room was very clean.
The staff was not very friendly. Plugs in the room did not work. The TV also did not work.

the room was modern and clean. the free coffee was available around the clock and was really nice!!!
i noticed the area surrounding the hotel had a noticeable homeless population.
